Extent: 301 ff. First aṣṭaka: ff. 1-79. In second aṣṭaka, the leaves are numbered 77-121, 123-136, 138-181; with ff. 122 and 137 being omitted. Aṣṭaka 3 consists of four fragments: adhyāya 1-7, ff. 1-62; adhyāya 8 and a first few lines of adhyāya 9, ff. 1-19; the rest ofadhyāya 9, ff. 1-13; adhyāya 10, ff. 86-110.

Condition

Complete, in good condition. Written in several hands.

Telugu in black ink. Accented in red ink (apart from adhyāya 8 which is not accented).

History

Origin: / 19th century. Not dated, but modern. Nepal.

Purchased by Macdonell, Arthur Anthony Arthur Anthony Macdonell in 1907.
