Origin: after 1805

the paper is of European manufacture, water-marked ‘T. Budgen ’ and ‘J. Whatman,’ and bears the dates 1804 and 1805, but there is no proof that the MS. was written after 1815.

Provenance and Acquisition

The collection of Horace Hayman Wilson was purchased by the Bodleian Library in 1842.
