for 1 the date is given on f. 41: svasti śrīsaṃvat 1709 ⟨1653⟩ nā miti pauṣaśūdi | caṃdravāsare | No dates are given for 3 and 4, but they must be both of about the same date as 1. For 2 see f. 43: saṃvat 1660 ⟨1604⟩ samaye mārgaśīrṣaśudi | budhau |
2 must have been written about 1700 a. d.
Provenance and Acquisition
f.41 mentions Viśvanātha as one of those for whom 1 was written. It descended to his sons Rāmadeva and Śivadatta.
The collection of Horace Hayman Wilson was purchased by the Bodleian Library in 1842.
