Extent: iii + 180 + ii. Really 198 leaves, as ff. 27, 76 are doubled; f. 37 is numbered 37, 38; and ff. 133, 134, 136, 145, 146, 162, 164, 165, 166, 168, 171, 173–177, 179 are split, and so are double.
Dimensions (binding): 26.7 × 13.0 cm.
Condition
a leaf is missing at the end; a corner of f. 92v is lost. The MS. has suffered from abrasion.
