Extent: iv + 184 + ii. Really, however, there are only 170 leaves, as ff. 136–150 are lost and f. 165 is double.
Dimensions (binding): 26.7 × 12.4 cm.
Condition
ff. 136–150 are missing. There are a good many worm-holes in the MS., but they do not seriously damage the text.
