Extent: ii + 57 + i. Originally 58, but f. 47 is missing.

Dimensions (binding): 27.6 × 14.6 cm.

Condition

ff. 1, 47v, 48, 51, 54, 55, 57 are slightly damaged. The original f. 47 is lost, and also the end of the work.
