on f. 284 we find the following: oṃ saṃvat 95 āṣāḍhaśuti dvādaśāṃ maleścharājyaṃ naśati ǁ vrahmarājyaṃ bhaviṣyati ǁ tacā tasminte deṣe ǁ na ha maleścho na ca rākhimaḥ ǁ jyaṃnāprapaddhitā sarve ǁ vipro rājā bhaviṣyati ǁ This date of the Saptarṣi era ⟨284⟩ is supplied by a modern hand. The older part was probably written in the 15th or 16th century.
