Incipit: oṃ śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ ‖ athotsarjjanopākarmaprayogaḥ ‖ tatra sūtraṃ ‖ athāto ’dhyāyopākaraṇam oṣadhīnāṃ prādurbhāve śravaṇena śrāvaṇasya paṃcamyāṃ hastena veti | kārikāpi adhyāyānām upākarma śrāvaṇyāṃ śravaṇena tu | tanmāse hastayuktāyāṃ paṃcamyāṃ vā tad iṣyate | &c.
Explicit: brāhmaṇān bhojayet viśvet tā te savaneṣv iti ṛṣīn jale udvāsayet | īty utsarjanaṃ ‖ saṃpūrṇam.
