Incipit: śrīgaṇeśāya namaḥ śrīmato Dhārādhīśvarasya rājño Bhojasya prabaṃdho likhyate yathā ādau Dhārāyāṃ nagaryāṃ Siṃdhulasaṃjño rājā ciraṃ prajāḥ pālitavān | &c
Explicit: vaktrāṃbhoruhabhāratinavanavā prajñavaye sthāyinī devaśrī Bhoja te bhujaṃ caraṇaṃ yormat kā ca digmaṃḍalaṃ ity ālocya nigham aṃgam abhitaḥ saubhāgyalakṣmopateḥ klrttikopavatī ca bhojajaladheḥ prāṃteṣu vaṃbhraṃmpate ǁ 1 ǁ rājā tasmai kalakṣaṃ lakṣaṃ pratyakṣaraṃ dattavān śrīr astu iti śrīballālapaṃḍitaviracito śrībhojasya prahaṃdhaḥ samāpto ’yaṃ sa pūrṇaḥ śrīḥ śrīḥ.
