Incipit: [1v] śrīgaṇeśaya namaḥ | śrīsarasvatyai namaḥ | Viśvanātḥaṃ Bḥavānīṃ ca Ḍhuṃdhirājaṃ ca Bhairavaṃ | śrīmādhavaṃ Daṃdapāṇiṃ Kāśīṃ Gaṃgāṃ namāmy ahaṃ ‖ āraṃbhitasya kāryasya siddhau vighnāpanuttaye | durībhavaṃti duritāny | &c. Rāmaṃ kulapatiṃ natvā Puṃdarīkātmajaṃ guruṃ | āhnikasya prayogaṃ savidhiṃ pravadāmy ahaṃ ‖
